1. What is Digital Delivery?

Digital delivery allows customers to immediately download and receive their products upon completion of purchase.

2. How long does it take to receive my purchase?

Immediately after payment you'll receive a purchase confirmation e-mail from us. If you don't receive your purchase confirmation e-mail please check your spam or junk e-mail box. Our e-mail may have been seen as spam by mistake.

3. What payment methods are accepted?

We have chosen PayPal because it is an efficient and safe way to transfer money quickly online.

4. What is the difference between Basic Resell Rights, Master Resell Rights, Private Label Rights and Give Away Rights?

Basic Resell Rights

When you get basic resell rights (RR) to a product, it means you can sell it directly to your customers and keep all the profits. However, your customer does not have the right to resell the product. Products with basic resell rights should be marketed to end users rather than anyone who is looking to resell the product.

Master Resell Rights

When you get master resell rights (MRR) to a product, it means you can sell it directly to your customers and your customers will be granted resell rights to that product to resell it to their customers as well. Products with master resell rights can be marketed to end users and anyone who is looking to resell the product.

Private Label Rights

This is the best license of all. When you get private label rights (PLR) to a product, it means you can sell it directly to your customers and also you get the right to use your own creativity to modify the product anyway you desire. Products with private label rights can be marketed to end users and anyone who is looking to resell the product.

Give Away Rights

When you get give away rights (GR) to a product, it means you can give the products for free.

Important: Always check the license agreement, as this is the only 100% way to be sure of what you can do with the resell item you bought.

5. How am I supposed to make money?

Reselling

You can submit products on PayLoadz.com, Tradebit.com, e-junkie.com, Fiverr.com... or eBay (those titles which apply).

For advanced users: Put your name and payment link on sales letter which comes with a product, register a domain name and web hosting and upload it all on the Web. It’s the most professional way because you can claim yourself as an author and sell it for 100% of profit.

6. I’m having troubles with unzipping the products. Can you help?

Make sure you use the final version of WinZip. If you still have problems please contact us.

7. Are the graphics included with the products?

Yes, in most of them. About 90% of the products come with the graphics.
